PLEASE, I HAVE A QUESTION
How do you know when to paint dark shadows (e.g. the chin area) as opposed to desaturated purples/grays (e.g. underneath the nose, a bit of the left cheek) Of course, with a photo reference it will always be easy to tell, but sometimes people do it without a photoref, and its always so cool :,) is there some sort of logic behind it?
